Senior Business Analyst – Investment Operations
Location : Boston, MA (Preferred) or Springfield, MA | Hybrid (3 days in-office : Tuesday & Wednesday required, plus one flexible day)

About the Role :
We are seeking two Senior Business Analysts to support a key cash clearing project within the Investment Operations program. This role is ideal for a highly skilled BA with expertise in trade lifecycle, cash clearing processes, and investment operations . You’ll collaborate with both business and technology teams to enhance trade processing, ensure accurate cash settlements, and optimize operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and document trade flows, cash clearing processes, and settlement workflows .
- Work closely with business and technology teams to define and implement solutions.
- Map business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on remediation efforts for cash clearing and trade matching.
- Ensure alignment with industry clearing systems (DTC, Euroclear, SWIFT, etc.).
- Gather and document business and functional requirements .
- Provide insights on accounting implications related to cash settlements.
- Support an Agile work environment while also adapting to hybrid project methodologies .
