What You'll Do : Be the Closer
- Own the monthly close process for a portfolio of properties, posting journal entries and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to create annual budgets.
- Review financials and reconciliations to ensure everything is spot on.
- Manage cash projections and collaborate with the Accounting team to keep everything running smoothly.
