Job Overview

We are seeking a Zoho Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize a Zoho ecosystem. This role will focus on customizing, automating, and integrating Zoho applications to improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring Zoho products, managing workflows, and providing ongoing support to users.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Implementation & Configuration:

• Customize and configure Zoho suite applications as needed.
• Develop and optimize workflows, automation, and blueprints to improve efficiency.
• Set up custom modules, fields, and layouts based on business needs.
  
  

Integration & Automation

• Connect Zoho with third-party tools and APIs for seamless data flow.
• Build and maintain custom scripts to enhance automation.
• Implement and document process automations.
  
  

User Support & Training

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Zoho users.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Zoho applications.
  
  

Optimization & Reporting

• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for scalability.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.
• Stay updated on Zoho product updates and best practices to recommend improvements.
  
  

What You Need

• Experience as a Zoho Administrator or Zoho Consultant with hands-on Zoho suite experience.
• Strong understanding of Zoho customization, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, APIs, and Zoho Flow.
• Familiarity with business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and training skills to support end users.
