We're looking for a professional, friendly Receptionist who is receptionistpassionate about making our patients feel welcome and providing them with the best possible service. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and familiar with and passionate about common patient concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Checking in / Checking out all patients
- Managing the flow of initial patient paperwork and information between staff members.
- Manage all incoming payments
- Close daily batch
- Taking messages for staff members.
- Providing administrative support to staff members when needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean lobby and front desk area
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Two years of reception experience (or equivalent customer related ability)
- Prior administrative office management experience
- Proficient in OPIE, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
