Overview
Performs a variety of complex and non-routine clerical/processing functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas:, accounts payable, data analysis and process resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Full-cycle accounts payable- batching, coding, and pay-cycle processes
- Work closely with team on A/P processing problem solving
- Coding and processing of expense and capital invoices
- Resolution of PO exceptions
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Special Projects
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned.

- Willing to work overtime on an as-needed basis
- Interacts pleasantly and professionally with all points of contact: AP team, Accounting department, all other employees, and all vendors.
- Ability to quickly learn areas of responsibility within the team setting

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Performs using strong data entry and 10-key skills with high accuracy rate

- Works independently yet a strong team-player
- Exhibits initiative to remain productive at all times

Pay Range $23.72 - $35.58
Salary : $24 - $36
