Job Title: Operations Supervisor / Facility Supervisor
Location: Tierra Oaks Golf Club, Redding, CA
Pay Rate: $24/hr - $27/hr, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:
Tierra Oaks Golf Club is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor / Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire golf facility. This hands-on leadership role reports directly to the owner and is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the golf course, including maintenance, outside services, golf shop, food & beverage (if applicable), and general facility management.
- Supervise department leads and ensure all teams are performing efficiently and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain a consistent presence on the property to ensure quality control, address operational issues, and support staff.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance for employees across departments.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs for the facility.
- Assist in budget monitoring, vendor relations, and cost control efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the owner on strategic decisions, improvements, and business goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with basic budgeting and scheduling practices.
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling physical tasks as needed.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Starting at $24/hour. Final pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position with potential for growth and additional benefits.
