Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about specials and menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff effectively.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.

Skills

• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
