Title: Customer Relations Coordinator
Reports To: Customer Relations Manager
Purpose:
The purpose of the Customer Relations Coordinator is to provide support to Tiffin Motorhomes with assisting the Customer Relations department as well as Consumer Affairs with administrative duties to include but not limited to report creation & analysis, monitor emails, and communicating with customers.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Daily monitoring of Customer Support email inbox.
- Distribute emails to appropriate departments for response.
- Responds to Hot Alerts sent from Sales.
- Responds to Aimbase surveys.
- Gathers proper documentation for reimbursement requests to be approved by the Customer Support Manager.
- Gathers information to properly respond to emails or other correspondence.
- Assists with escalated customer situations.
- Assists with creating reports to analyze data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and writing.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail orientated and able to identify and correct risky practices.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
