Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance and activity checks for various claims
- Perform background investigations and related functions
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and observations
- Execute pretext investigations as required
- Collaborate closely with the claims team to deliver accurate and timely information
- Minimum of two years of surveillance experience
- Familiarity with Special Investigations Unit (SIU) processes, including statement collection and scene inspections
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent report writing abilities
- Ability to carry out both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-crime areas
- Comfort with conducting pretext investigations
- Must hold an active Private Investigator License in Indiana
- Proven experience in surveillance and investigation practices
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
