Job Summary
This Project Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of professionals in completing multiple projects by a deadline to uphold strategic business initiatives. The duties include establishing the team, setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying resources, and working closely with leadership and project team members to establish project needs, deadlines, and budgets. Delegate tasks among their team members. This position will need a high level of communication between various TIG departments to effectively facilitate the operations and execution of these projects.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and define project management scope/plan, timelines, and milestones based on customer, operations, IT, accounting, and HR requirements and drive the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Lead the team throughout all project management phases and ensure all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Manage large and diverse teams and projects (sometimes simultaneously).
- Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings as needed.
- Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and business needs.
- Serve as the point of contact for teams when multiple divisions are assigned to the same project to ensure synergy.
- Maintain budget and revenue estimates & manage projects within allotted budgets.
- Submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
- Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed.
- End-to-end responsibility to lead, manage, and facilitate projects. This includes successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the projects
- Provide regular performance and planning updates to the executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a 3PL or Warehouse Distribution environment
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Manager experience
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-team building/quality control/budgeting experience
- Management/supervisory experience within the Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics environment is a plus
- Up to 50% travel.

- Advanced experience and competence with MS Office Products including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Word.
- Problem-solving and detail-orientated, able to think critically about complex problems and make practical decisions
- Team orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside the TIG Organization.
- Strong knowledge of and commitment to Continuous Improvement
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to multitask and prioritize
