Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are looking to hire Business Analyst - Credit/Consumer Lending Operations who will work closely with stakeholders in the credit and lending sectors to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and devise solutions that enhance operations. You will play a critical role in analyzing operational data and supporting the implementation of initiatives that drive operational excellence within the consumer lending domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across departments to streamline requirements for various remediation processes, displaying a strong ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadline 
• Key Liaison Role: Act as the primary intermediary between technical and remediation teams, translating complex technical insights to ensure alignment and clear communication across teams.
• Credit Card Operations Knowledge: Possess deep familiarity with credit card operations, particularly in dispute processing, customer communication, and remediation procedures.
• Proactive Confluence and JIRA Management: Maintain and regularly update Confluence and JIRA with essential project details, ensuring information is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Organized and Effective Project Management: Show strong organizational skills in prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking project tasks to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. 
• Technical Insight: Understand and interpret technical data, translating these insights into actionable strategies that drive project success. Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, SQl, Excel, Word.

• 4-12 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the credit or consumer lending operations space.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending products and processes.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, Databricks, Snowflake, Excel and SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
