Job Title: Kitchen Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Administrator to join our team at Tiger Correctional Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food service operations, with expertise in menu planning, preparation, and presentation. This role involves overseeing food service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities">

• Coordinate and oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with established recipes, menus, and company policies.
• Maintain and ensure sanitary and safe conditions, including equipment and facilities, to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise and manage the work of facility-provided labor, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct daily inventory and maintain accurate tracking logs, ensuring efficient stock levels and reorders.
• Perform quality checks as required, upholding our company's commitment to excellence.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, jail administration, and facility-provided labor, adhering to our company values.
• Responsible for the administration and compliance of all security procedures identified by the company and jail administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a correctional facility setting.
• Proven track record in menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and write effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of 15 to 30 pounds.
