Position Information
This is a full-time, non-exempt entry-level position that requires the candidate to oversee and administer food service operations. The successful candidate will ensure health and sanitation standards are met in compliance with company and jail policy as well as federal, state, and local law. The position involves preparing meals in accordance with established recipes and menus, maintaining sanitary and safe conditions and equipment, assigning and overseeing the work of facility-provided labor, conducting daily inventory and tracking logs, and performing quality checks as required. Establishing a professional work relationship with company employees, jail administration, and facility-provided labor while upholding our company values is essential. Other duties may be assigned as required.
