We are hiring for a TEMPORARY Maintenance Technician to be part of our Maintenance Team. As a Maintenance Technician you will have the ability to problem solve and challenge yourself in a safe work area. The position consists of communicating with the team to ensure machinery and locations are functioning.
Job Description
- Repair all machine emergency breakdowns and schedule non-emergency repairs
- Conduct minor electrical and/or electronic repairs
- Monitor all manufacturing equipment and perform routine maintenance when required
- Weld material using in house equipment
- General maintenance of company building including offices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year Maintenance experience in a production facility
- Mechanical Skills
- Preventative Maintenance Process Skills
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge an asset
- Facility Management an asset
- Electrical, PLC's, and HVAC familiarity are an asset but not required
- Working with SAP is an asset but not required

Experience:
- manufacturing maintenance: 4 years (Required)
- Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Millwright Certification (Preferred)
