Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Identify and interview qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
- Conduct thorough onboarding to prepare workers for assignments.
- Payroll Processing :
- Accurately calculate and distribute payroll for workers.
- Address any payroll inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
- Worker Management :
- Hire and assign workers to job sites based on client needs.
- Replace workers as needed for tardiness or performance issues.
- Terminate employees when necessary, adhering to company policies.
- Advertising & Outreach :
- Write and post compelling job ads to attract candidates.
- Conduct inside sales calls and make in-person sales stops to grow the client base.
