They are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in expanding the firm's market presence, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships within the financial services and MCA industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to forge strong partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, and business owners.
WHAT Y OU'LL DO
- Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Develop and implement a results-driven sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with brokers, lenders, and financial institutions to expand the firm's reach and enhance client acquisition.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive prospecting efforts through cold outreach, networking, and industry events to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Industry Expertise & Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends in MCA, fintech, and alternative lending to effectively position the firm's solutions in the market.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide leadership with insights on business development efforts.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or other relevant field
- Strong experience in merchant cash advance (MCA) financing (2 years)
- Able to build new relationships while also maintaining existing relationships with brokers
