Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for :

  • Generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Conducting research to build strategic prospect lists
  • Expanding the sales funnel through cold and warm outreach campaigns
  • Qualifying prospects using the Rampd selling framework and BANT criteria
  • Being the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Managing CRM updates with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Scheduling discovery calls for account executives
  • Overcoming objections and refining your selling craft through feedback

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS fintech experience is a bonus
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence in communicating with C-level executives (training provided)
  • Grit, a growth mindset, and a passion for mastering sales
  • A positive, hungry, and determined attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
