What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Tiger Sanitation, LLC?
Responds same day to controllable and uncontrollable customer requests assigned to the Sales Department. Through the development and implementation of sound retention strategies and the use of effective negotiation skills, minimizes the impact of cancellation requests and rate rollbacks. Conducts activities associated with closing new customers, processing sales related service orders and other sales support activities. Coordinates and supports Outside Sales Team to ensure optimal customer growth and retention.
Requirements:Essential Functions
- Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of services on inbound calls that are typically small and less complex accounts. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Resolves escalations for customer service to include defending rate adjustments, service inquiries, billing and invoice related subject matter.
- Effectively manages large volume of inside and outside sales documentation.
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes meeting customer retention goals. Communicates to and works with the Outside Sales Team to resolve unique customer issues.
- Matches services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing, and competition; effectively communicates pricing and service strategies; proactively engages other business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate.
- Updates and secures customer service agreements.
- Attracts, generates, manages and records leads from outbound direct marketing.
- Executes sales campaigns via outbound direct marketing to consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales
- activity goals.
- Scouting new communities on occasion when needed to discover new areas by driving service area.
- Verifying all paperwork is complete and accurate to each individual service area, or community. - Attend community events as needed.

Education and Experience
- Required: High school diploma plus 2 years non-consumer-based industry sales.
- Preferred: 2 years of college coursework plus 2-year non-consumer-based sales, commercial sales, or service industry environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must possess a current, valid driver's license
Working Conditions
- This position will be in an inside, with some outside office environment with extended periods of sitting, standing, and using manual dexterity to operate computer-based systems.
- Compensation will be based on experience.
