Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and filing quarterly and annual reports (10-Q, 10-K) in compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements.Work on researching, interpreting, and implementing new SEC reporting requirements and accounting principles.Maintain and document appropriate internal controls and procedures for financial reporting to ensure SOX compliance.Assist in preparation of earnings releases and investor presentations.Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits with external auditors.Support Manager in various ad-hoc projects related to financial reporting.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA designation is a plus2 years of public accounting experience performing audits of SEC registered clientsExperiene in Big Four highly preferredComprehensive understanding of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel; familiarity with financial reporting software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
