Are you prepared to be accountable for overseeing and coordinating industrial maintenance operations with an aim to heighten productivity and efficiency? This dynamic role includes regular maintenance on production lines and contributing in multiple capacities, such as Set-Up Mechanic, electrician, or machine operator.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and service production machinery ensuring top operational standards.
- Ensure the functionality and safety of safety circuits.
- Rebuild and refurbish machinery as required.
- Install, test, and maintain equipment, including handling electrical buildings.
- Reconstruct machine repair components effectively.
- Knowledge in Power Panel Fabrication and hydraulic systems is essential.
- Capable of interpreting hydraulic schematics proficiently.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and repair equipment problems.
- Inspect and maintain safe electrical systems aligning with standards.
- Communicate potential risks and improvements to management.
- Assist production processes as required.
- Follow schematics and blueprints to comply with codes.
- Install ground leads and connect power cables efficiently.
- Keep records organized, place orders, and create necessary reports.
- Understand PLC operations and functionality.
- Ensure everyday functioning of chillers and processed water.
- Manage resources and equipment optimally.
- Provide training to team members as necessary.
- Promote a clean, safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to supervisors.
What You Bring
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from a technical school or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid mechanical/electrical understanding with strong math skills.
- Exceptional English communication proficiency.
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
- Competence in using electronic devices.
- Skillful in hand tool use and light repair tasks.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Avid learner, quick to adapt and apply new information.
