Summary :
To handle all operation processes when purchasing for BU USA.
Department : Purchasing
Board : Financial, Purchasing, and IT
Reports to : Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities :
- To create purchasing orders when requested;
- To develop and update contracts in the SAP system
- Follow up on the indirect orders for all BU USA (Oracle and SAP).
- When requested, check with the buyers to adjust purchasing orders if the adjustment is correct.
- Provide Info Records
- Update data in SAP (Contract, Info record, Source List, Lead time, purchasing group)
- Set up and update Vendor`s information in the system
- Close orders in SAP when requested
Requirements :
