Position Summary : The Program Manager will lead all aspects of the WSMR TEAS (White Sands Missile Range Test Engineering and Analysis Services) contract performance and will serve as the primary point of contact with the government for all matters and will be fully empowered to represent TNT and the contract team.
Primary Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Effectively and efficiently deliver contract execution with measurable results and timely delivery of all requirements.
- Supervises all Contractor personnel and is responsible for day-to-day contract activities to include, but not limited to, project planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Ensure the highest quality of work delivered.
- Execute the implementation of continuously improving working processes.
- Must provide agile response and support to the government in a timely manner.
- Prevent any work stoppage and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Demonstrate the expertise to make financial decisions that will result in the near and long-term savings to the government.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
