Maintains and tracks the accuracy of all procurement savings documentation, as well as the execution of reporting to management and leadership. Supports the TSSM Procurement Finance and Planning Manager in development of reporting, analysis and communication of results compared to TSSM savings targets.

- Produce and provide input to various financial reports for TSSM and Executive Leadership.
- Act as the savings analytical engine of the company to manage and streamline procurement savings process.
- Manage and maintain the savings database for standard and ad hoc reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Track and maintain accuracy and proper documentation for all savings and value-added activities and research actual realization of savings by reviewing new invoices and comparing to vendor contracts.
- Oversee and maintain the accuracy, timeliness and quality of management reports.
- Reconcile savings between TSSM reporting database and the RAC database or other data sources to identify additional savings opportunities
- Support TSSM strategic planning and performance measurement activities.
- Provide reporting and analytics support where needed.

- BA or BS with concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis required preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Skills: Computer Applications, Technical, Interpersonal, Problem Solving Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to execute on deliverables with a tight deadline
- Demonstrated multi-tasking with minimum supervision
- Previous experience with SAP Ariba
- Prior experience with contract analysis and cost modeling
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
