About the Team :

Join our innovative marketing team at TikTok, where creativity and data-driven strategies come together to drive impactful results. Our team is dedicated to leveraging media partnerships, cutting-edge technologies, and strategic insights to enhance TikTok's presence and growth across the US. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and lead the execution of integrated brand media strategies and plans to meet business and marketing KPIs across the US.
  • Oversee and collaborate with media agency partners in initiating, planning, coordinating, and executing media strategies and plans.
  • Drive marketing initiatives by leveraging a multi-channel, holistic media strategy, including digital and traditional offline channels.
  • Implement best-in-class media planning and buying practices for campaigns across all paid media channels.
  • Drive innovation by cultivating and maintaining relationships with industry publishers and agency partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team's goals.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop strategies and go-to-market plans that drive desired business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
  • Experience on the brand side and / or with a top media agency in a fast-paced tech, entertainment, or culture brand company.
  • Proven experience in integrated media planning with a track record of executing successful campaigns across all channels.
  • Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage successful campaigns, including planning, testing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot in real-time with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and varying phases of a campaign in a matrixed environment.
  • Understanding of the full funnel of consumer marketing, including Owned, Earned, and Paid strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in Gmail, and Google products. Additionally Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in leveraging data analytics and visualization tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience with influencer marketing and content partnerships.
  • Strong network within the media and entertainment industry.
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with emerging media platforms and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
