What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact roles within non-tech functions.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, internal databases, niche platforms, job boards, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking in ATS and sourcing tools.
- Deliver market intelligence and sourcing insights to help inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
- Support 15 requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other professional platforms.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- 1 years of experience sourcing or recruiting for Supply Chain and Logistics roles, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Comfort working in global, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
