    Job Summary:

    The Clerical, Resolutions (2nd Shift) role is responsible for inventory issues that require additional attention from the more specialized Inventory Resolution Team. The ability to work closely in a team environment is critical to success in this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of building professional relationships with other Soho/Tilebar departments from various locations and across multiple subjects. Excellent attention to detail is required to be successful in this position.  Detailed ability to operate and analyze data in our within SAP and WMS applications.  The Resolution Team Member will have good analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to various inventory-related requests. Success will be measured by KPI’s and metrics designed to capture total internal customer satisfaction and resolutions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

    • Ability to navigate within SAP and WMS systems.
    • Overall knowledge of the daily operations of each department within OPS that may have an impact on inventory control.
    • Good understanding of the product including identifying material, shades, and damages. Etc.
    • PIT experience with reach truck and any other PIT equipment required.
    • Ability to lift fifty pounds and a solid understanding of team lift policies.
    • Understanding of physical equals system and ability to correct when not aligned.
    • Process improvement skills.
    • Ability to identify root causes and suggest corrective action to prevent re-occurrence.
    • Ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed to complete assignments.

    Supervisory Responsibilities
    The highest level of supervisory skill required in this role with the management of supervisory employees. 

    • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications
    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • WMS experience preferred.
    • 2 years of successful training experience and demonstrated proficiency in delivering and creating training.
    • Understanding of fulfillment/distribution center/warehouse processes and flow.
    • Basic Excel knowledge.
    • Good Mathematics skills required.
    • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communication).
    • As a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
    • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

    • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
    • Able to work on 2nd Shift, Mon - Fri at 3:15pm - 11:45pm.
    • Ability to create professional relationships with internal customers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess a safety-centric work ethic
    • Ability to multitask, developing and executing a resolution plan
    • Ability to assign work to others, follow up on progress and coach Team Members as needed to meet expectations
