Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily work orders and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Locate and assess damage on clients' properties, preparing areas for demolition and repair.
- Perform repairs or replacements of materials and frames as necessary, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Clean up work areas thoroughly after completion of restoration projects.
- Maintain and properly store tools and equipment used in restoration activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current WRT/ASD Certification is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with restoration equipment and techniques is advantageous.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
