Position: Customer Service Rep (entry level)
Work Location: Roseland, NJ 07068
Payrate: $18/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: Monday to Friday no weekends. 8-4.30
Job Description:
- The local Distributor selling construction products needs an inside person.
- Tasks will be monitoring emails, order entry, phones, faxing & filing.
- As the new hire learns the products they can also develop into sales support and product inquiries.
- The position is unique as they are still a small company.
- The client uses "Net Suite" for order entry, comparing freight rates, credit card charging.
- Employees will be trained from the bottom up.
- Employees have a reliable computer at home, then during inclement weather they are all able to work remotely. The building & office space is neat, clean, and spacious. New kitchen area for breaks and lunch. It is perfect for local people. This is a comfortable and friendly workplace. Must be responsible, show up every day. Trainees are ok if they are responsible and willing to learn.
