Description:
Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking to hire multiple full or part-time customer service reps to handle incoming calls for 12 dealerships in a new call center. Schedule is Monday – Saturday varying schedule. Morning and afternoon positions are available. Free Lunch on Saturdays. Applicants must be over 18 years old. Tim Dahle Nissan is a drug-free work environment.
Located in South Jordan
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Generate service leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service rep
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training provided on current programs)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
