Talented and self-motivated Real Estate Assistant wanted to assist high powered Real Estate Team. You will be managing and running the inner workings of a small company. This position requires the ability to complete day-to-day administrative tasks to high standards with maximum efficiency.
Your role is crucial to supporting the Realtor allowing their team to achieve greater levels of sales. The Ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. The perfect team member will enjoy the diverse work responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to closing
- Build, implement and manage systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
- Prepare spreadsheets of weekly/monthly sales statistics and expense reports
- Create & regularly prepare all buyer & seller consultation packages
- Coordinate the preparation of listings including inputting and maintaining MLS
- Create brochures, open house flyers, graphics, signage, online marketing and all other marketing materials
- Prepare social media and email blasts
- Manage and update agent website, blog, social media and online listings
- Coordinate marketing needs for mailings and events
- Plan special projects
- Participate in company-provided training sessions
- Maintain the good will, reputation and confidentiality of the team and their clients
- Hang sign riders and lock boxes in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Possess an eye for detail and show a high-level of accuracy with documents
- Show flexibility in daily routine, prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
- Display self-motivation, adherence to deadlines and proficiency in time management
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and master several different real estate software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Comfortable using Canva and Vistaprint and/or designing basic graphics for marketing needs
- Ability to manage and utilize a complete lead follow-up system (CRM)
Description:
- Part time position 15-20hrs
- Located in Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas in Michigan
- Must have availability weekends and evenings
- Be willing to assist with business and some personal projects
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree and two years of Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience with real estate transactions Is preferred
