Tim O’Brien Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Building Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-quality, energy-efficient homes while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will collaborate with trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 annually plus opportunity for a bonus
Responsibilities:- Oversee the construction of high-quality, energy-efficient homes to ensure timely delivery and efficiency
- Provide top-notch customer service by conducting field orientations when necessary
- Confirm the completion of homes before the final homeowner orientation
- Actively participate in the Production Team, contribute to meetings, and offer suggestions for enhancing department performance and customer satisfaction
- Cultivate professional relationships with Trade Partners, ensuring adherence to Scope of Work requirements
- Conduct home walk-throughs to manage the Construction Schedule and address any potential issues promptly
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and Trade partners
- Embody the Core Values of the Company
- Experience in the new home-building industry is preferred, with opportunities for training provided
- Travel is expected, requiring the employee to have a truck/SUV, a valid driver’s license, and insurance coverage
- A company truck will be provided after the first year of employment
- Strong focus on team collaboration and support of back-office operations
- Must be process-oriented
- Demonstrates a positive growth mindset, embracing challenges for the company's advancement
- Displays compassion for others and actively participates in company events and extracurricular activities
