What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Team Member position at Tim's Bakery?
A bakery associate person works among other staff members to strive to create a product and have an attitude to exceed customers expectations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting with the production of bakery products
- Operating bakery equipment
- Frying donuts
- Finishing and traying bakery products for proper presentation
- Organizing and assembling customer orders
- Maintaining product inventory levels in the sales area for proper presentation
- Servicing customers needs in the sales area
- Maintaining proper sanitation duties of the equipment & throughout the establishment
- Helping with clean up & other Misc. tasks
Work Experience / Qualifications:
- Performing a willingness to work
- Having a real passion to serve others & creating an experience for the customer
- Having a flexible attitude among work duties and other staff members
- Working in a fast paced environment paying attention to detail and working efficiently
- Serv safe certification a plus
- capable of lifting at least 50 pounds
- Early morning hours required
- Part Time / Full Time position - bakery production (potentially 12-1am. to close, approx. 1pm ?) Combination overnight / Daytime hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
