Key Responsibilities
- Brand Marketing
- Leveraging the insight and experience of key stakeholders, pioneer and oversee the storytelling, awareness, campaigns, and marketing of Rising Light Ridge’s campus programs.
- Manage all marketing materials, internal and external communications, website updates, and social media presence promoting Rising Light Ridge’s campus programs.
- Collaborate with TTF’s marketing team on the creation and execution of a strategic plan for communication around the expansion of Rising Light Ridge
- Manage the development of a strong brand identity for Rising Light Ridge, both digitally and physically, in collaboration with RLR and TTF leadership
- Grow and sustain programmatic engagement across all digital platforms
- Collaborate with members of the TTF Marketing and Engagement Team to develop effective and efficient marketing and communication calendars
- Assist in building digital advertising campaigns to promote the brand and initiatives using various ad suites
- Participate in the creation of annual marketing plans/budgets
- Collaborate with TTF’s marketing team around a cohesive and compelling digital experience by helping to define, optimize, and champion Rising Light Ridge’s content strategy and distribution
- Digital Marketing
- Collaborate on the development of visual branding across all channels
- Produce intuitive and effective RLR Program-focused content for social media, marketing, etc.
- Collaborate with TTF’s marketing team on a strategy to establish and grow distribution lists, i.e. Email, Social, Push Notifications, text, etc.
- Content Creation
- Collaborate with TTF’s marketing team on the creative storytelling for Rising Light Ridge and collaborate with all key stakeholders including internal team, and TTF
- Research, analyze and recommend the most productive use of internal, affiliated, and external resources to maximize impact and ROI
- Gather, organize, and curate all RLR content, including stories
- Develop creative assets, stories, and contextual content for social media, email, and text messaging
- Continuously research and stay up to date on social media trends and platforms
- Work with Rising Light Ridge and TTF teams on the development of long-form stories and blogs
- Administrative
- Consistently monitor all web content for accuracy and clarity and make updates as needed
- Be primary point of contact for information requests and external communications
- Support the preparation of business materials including donor development materials, ministry updates and meeting presentations
- All other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and / or minimum of five to seven years of marketing and communications experience including traditional and social media with prior start-up experience a plus
- Demonstrated success leading and directing marketing campaigns, and the ability to manage the department budget and deliver expected outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute responsibilities in the face of competing priorities
- Personal qualities of strong work ethic, emotional intelligence, and diligence.
