What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night to Shine Ministry Coordinator position at Tim Tebow Foundation?
Job brief: We are looking for a mission minded team player who excels in contributing ideas and is passionate about serving the disability community worldwide. Attention to detail and deadlines are necessary (positive sense of urgency in work), a strong proficiency in social media platforms and ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies is preferred. Ability to own tasks, work independently and provide regular reports and updates. Ability to handle high volume of emails and administrative tasks efficiently and in an organized fashion. Someone who is reliable, discerning, driven, flexible, hungry for feedback, and looking at ways to continuously improve is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for 250 Night to Shine host churches
- Provide support and guidance to each church before, during and after Night to Shine via email, phone, Zoom, etc.
- Coordinate and become subject matter expert with church database software
- Collect and organize all needed documentation from assigned churches
- Collaborate with Shine On team to provide most current updates to Night to Shine reps
- Coordinate and schedule regular Shine On updates to Night to Shine churches
- Provide guidance to assigned Night to Shine host churches on how they can best utilize Shine On resources with their community of people with special needs
- Fully learn and utilize grant management software to track all aspects of each assigned church relationship
- Review and approve all assigned returning church applicants annually in system
- Provide assistance in reviewing new church host applications to ensure quick turnaround during peak submission times
- Assist in collecting and brainstorming new content for each new year including karaoke songs, dance songs, special guests, themes, etc.
- Request and track music licenses
- Coordinate updates to the Night to Shine Virtual landing page
- Coordinate translation needs with production team, ASL interpreters or other outside contracted translation services
- Assist in creating a plan to share the Virtual Celebration with as many people with special needs and their families as possible who are not able to attend in-person or do not have a host church in their area
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with all guests who register to participate in the Virtual Celebration through TTF
- Assist NTS Director in coordinating updates to design and functionality of Night to Shine Resource HUB for host churches
- Collaborate with other Night to Shine Representatives to provide the best user experience and updated resources for host churches
- Collaborate with existing ministry coordinator on international host church user experience as well as translated resources
- Collaborate with TTF Marketing team and Ministry Manager to create and help train team on a new and efficient way to store and access all Serve content including: photos, videos, stats and stories for all ministries
- Assist VP of Ministry, NTS Director and team with research for NTS travel, reservations, etc.
- Attend Night to Shine
- Perform assigned duties for annual Celebrity Gala and Golf Classic and any other all-staff events/projects
