As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will play a critical role in the success of our real estate team by proactively generating leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, email, and other communication channels, and providing excellent customer service to convert leads into appointments. This role requires strong sales skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other lead generation methods.
- Engage with potential clients over the phone and other communication channels to understand their real estate needs, provide information, and build relationships.
- Qualify leads and determine their level of interest and motivation to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to maintain ongoing communication, provide updates, and answer questions.
- Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads and provide them with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market trends, inventory, and real estate news to provide accurate and relevant information to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to develop strategies and tactics to achieve team goals and targets.
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to improve sales skills, industry knowledge, and stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to make cold calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and real estate tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay updated with the latest trends and news in the real estate industry.
