El Recorrido is a residential center serving unaccompanied minor boys ages 11-17 years with a goal of uniting them successfully with their families and community. Our proven residential programs focus on the whole student, emphasizing physical and emotional health, educational achievement, vocational interests, independence, and social interaction to help every child achieve his greatest potential.
$2,000 sign on bonus $1,000 to be paid out after successful completion of probationary period (appx. 60 days from hire date) and $1,000 paid out after six months of employment in good standing.
Experience working with diverse populations, including refugee and/or unaccompanied children and adolescents. High School Diploma. Associates degree in social sciences, human service, or related field preferred. Bi-lingual_ English/Spanish preferred._
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and technical support to the Case Management and Clinical team to assist in the reunification process for Unaccompanied Children
