Field Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the field, ensuring that equipment is maintained and functioning optimally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems and electrical components.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure equipment is operating within specified tolerances.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex maintenance challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Stick welding, changing semi tires, changing hydraulic hoses, packing cylinders, etc.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
• Ability to use voltmeters and other diagnostic tools effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the field.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on correctly completing jobs in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.20 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
