What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at TimberCreek Tap & Tables?
TimberCreek Tap and Table is looking to hire front of house management staff for our Grove City location. We are looking for experienced restaurant managers, as well as, restaurant employees that are looking to grow into a leadership position. We are a family owned and operated company with 5 total locations that offer opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities for management positions will include, scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, product and quality oversight, upholding service standards, and actively contributing the the execution of dinner and lunch services.
The FOH manager will be the person in charge of the Bar Tenders, Hosts, and servers throughout the given shift. The manager will be responsible for meeting labor budgets as well as meeting revenue and service standards goals.
Qualifications
- Food service management experience
- Proficiency in POS systems, especially future POS
-Cash handling experience
- Strong background in supervising and team management
- Knowledge of kitchen and hospitality management
- Previous experience in restaurant and bar setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
