Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to define product roadmaps, ensuring they meet market demands, profitability targets, and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure product development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including prototyping, testing, production, and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and feedback, ensuring product development aligns with market trends and consumer preferences.

Project Management:
- Lead project planning and execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Identify and mitigate risks to product development schedules, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.

Innovation & Problem Solving:
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant innovations into the product development process.

- Ensure rigorous product testing processes are in place to verify product quality, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, both internally and externally, during development and post-launch.

- Engage with senior management, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand market feedback and refine product offerings.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of product development projects and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Good understanding of product development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering products on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with product development tools and software (e.g., CAD, project management tools, etc.) is a plus.
