As a Support Specialist, you will be a key representative of the Credit Union, providing exceptional service to our members. You will report to your assigned Senior Support Specialist. You will be responsible for handling a variety of inquiries and support needs over the phone, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. By using your knowledge of Credit Union services and policies, you will resolve member issues and provide timely, effective solutions. When needed, you will coordinate with the appropriate branch or department to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. Your clear, professional assistance will help maintain the Credit Union's core values of integrity, service, and community while delivering the high level of service our members rely on.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
