What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of builders, ensuring a productive, safe, and efficient facility.
- Manage daily production targets, inventory management, and quality control.
- Train and mentor builders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 5 years of management experience with a construction background.
- Experience leading a team to meet all quality standards.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
