Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of commercial restoration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Sub-Contractor Procurement: Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Licensing & Permitting: Manage state-level licensing and permitting requirements, ensuring all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to help position the company for continued success.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites as required.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Experience in sub-contractor procurement, licensing, and permitting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
