Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Gather and assess customer information to determine lead qualification.
- Utilize screening techniques to identify customer needs and match them with Timberlyne’s solutions.
- Input and manage all leads within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
Pipeline & Sales Process Management
- Organize and distribute leads based on sales planning strategy.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients.
Sales Support & Data Analytics
- Assist in appointment scheduling, sales calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales collateral, reports, and documentation.
- Provide support for data analytics to enhance sales insights and performance tracking.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong Communication Skills – You will be the first impression of Timberlyne!
- Understanding of Lead Generation – Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
- Market Research Skills – Ability to analyze potential opportunities and business development trends.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating digital tools.
- Multi-Tasking & Organization – Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Collaboration & Adaptability – Work seamlessly with different teams and adjust to evolving sales strategies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus!
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.
- A background in construction, architecture, or timber structures is an advantage but not required.

Salary : $50,000 - $62,500
