Duties
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely updates.
- Utilize construction management software such as StactkCT
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related documents for easy access by team members.
- Support the team in implementing best practices for project coordination and management.
Skills
