- Bid Preparation:
- Prepare and compile bid proposals and tender documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align estimates with project scopes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare competitive quotes.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing, historical costs, and industry standards.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including risk assessments and contingency analyses.
- Monitor project costs during construction and update estimates as necessary.
