Schedule : 5 days on, 2 days off - Weekends required, 9am - 8pm
Compensation : Base Salary Commission
Qualifications :
- 3 years previous Automotive Management experience required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles required.
- Experience with standard CRM and DMS systems.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
