Schedule: Monday-Friday 11 am-4 pm
- Please note this is a hybrid position, but must live in Portland-Metro Area with ability to travel to dealership locations. A portion of the training will take place in Bend.
Compensation: $23/hr
Qualifications:
Required 2 years minimum experience in a fast paced environment.
Preferred 1 year minimum in Automotive Industry Recruitment.
Preferred 1 year of experience in UKG and Hireology.
Ability to travel with a week's notice.
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing, screening, interviewing and applicable related employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to adapt, work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with senior HR leaders to better understand hiring needs of the company.
- Foster and build relationships with candidates, effectively using all tools to fill open positions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience, providing clear communication.
- Gather job requisitions, post open positions, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, schedule manager interviews and more.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
