You will be expanding our social media branding and presence, from idea inception to practical execution, giving you the opportunity to truly build an online presence for a well-established company from the ground up.
KEY TASKS & JOB DESCRIPTION :
Leadership & Planning :
Lead and expand YBK's social media marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on social media trends and the Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) landscape, especially within the real estate / property industry.
Collaborate with internal management and external partners to successfully implement content marketing strategies and projects.
Social Media Management :
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, DouYin, XiaoHongShu, YouTube).
Manage and monitor all social media platforms.
Conduct social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Content Creation and Video Production :
Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics) tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms.
Capture and edit videos, including short reels, testimonials, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to achieve the best marketing results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Art & Design, Business, or a related field.
Min 1 year in social media marketing or relevant field.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
Familiar in social media management and ecosystem.
Skilled in designing social media visuals (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or any relevant).
Familiar in video production suited to social media (CapCut, Adobe Premiere or any relevant).
Excellent written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
Creative thinking and adaptability.
Strong understanding of target audiences and brand voice.
Passion for digital trends and emerging technologies.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Strong leadership and detail-oriented.
Work independently.
