Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Database Specialist with strong expertise in CRM systems, data analytics, JotForm, and reporting tools to manage and support the data infrastructure for programs designed to empower women entrepreneurs of color. This role will involve managing and optimizing databases (such as Ontraport, Microsoft Access, Access Ally, Word Press), tracking grant deliverables, and creating dashboards and reports to monitor program performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate will also have experience with JotForm and other data collection tools to provide a comprehensive, data-driven approach to supporting women entrepreneurs. As the Database Specialist, you will ensure seamless data flow, provide key insights through analytics, and help track progress against grant deliverables, all while empowering women entrepreneurs of color with the resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & CRM Support : Oversee and manage CRM systems, including Ontraport and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, entry, and maintenance for tracking women entrepreneurs' progress and outcomes.
- Grant Deliverables Tracking : Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor grant deliverables and ensure that programming milestones are met. Work with program managers to ensure accurate reporting of grant-related activities and outcomes.
- Data Collection with JotForm & Other Tools : Utilize JotForm and other data collection tools to design and implement forms, surveys, and data capture mechanisms to gather participant information, feedback, and program outcomes. Ensure seamless integration of collected data into relevant databases.
- Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization : Design and create dynamic dashboards that offer real-time insights into program performance, outcomes, and the impact on women entrepreneurs. Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate trends and key metrics.
- Data Reporting & Analytics : Analyze data to generate insightful reports that track program effectiveness and support decision-making. Use analytics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- System Integration & Optimization : Ensure the integration of various data systems, including CRMs (Ontraport, Microsoft Access, AccessAlly) and other data platforms, to maintain seamless data flow and avoid duplication. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
- Data Integrity & Compliance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting requirements for grant deliverables. Perform regular audits and quality control checks on databases and reports.
- Support Program Tracking & Evaluation : Work closely with program managers and external evaluators to ensure data collected aligns with program goals, evaluation frameworks, and grant requirements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that data is being tracked, reported, and used effectively. Provide technical support and training to staff and participants on CRM, JotForm, and data collection tools.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, data analytics trends, and best practices to ensure the organization’s data systems and strategies remain effective and innovative.
