We are excited to announce openings at Enduring Solutions.Your Responsibilities Will Include : Performing legal research and analysis to craft effective strategies for civil litigation cases.Managing a variety of transactional matters such as forming businesses, offering general legal advice, and processing trademark applications.Creating and evaluating legal documents, which encompass discovery materials, pleadings, motions, and contracts.Advocating for clients throughout all court proceedings from the beginning of a case through to appeals.Effectively communicating with clients, opposing legal counsel, and other members of the firm.Working in cooperation with senior attorneys and various team members.Keeping abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments that may present opportunities or challenges for our clients.Required Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.Current membership with the California State Bar.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.Proficient research and analytical capabilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.Dedication to delivering exceptional client service.Experience in law enforcement defense is an added advantage.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function LegalIndustries Human Resources Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
